I totally understand what it’s like to constantly struggle with your weight... For over 34 years I tried almost every weight loss trick, diet or gimmick imaginable.
And with each new diet I tried I found myself falling deeper and deeper into a pit of desperation.
Instead of slimming down to my goal weight I found my waistline actually expanding! What the heck? Food became my crutch, my best friend, an addiction. At my heaviest, I found myself in a pair of size 24 jeans.
I felt terrible about it, I was unhealthy, and I was miserable.
And the only thing that made me feel better was food! It soothed my stress and pain...well, at least for a while.
But then my self-loathing would kick into high gear, sending me into a spiral of guilt and shame. It was a vicious pattern. A cycle that I was determined to break. But breaking the toxic cycle of bingeing and restrictive eating was no easy task. You see what none of these diet companies tell you is that breaking bad habits around food is impossible without first repairing the belief systems you store in your mind.
In a last ditch attempt, I underwent regressional hypnotherapy. It works for smokers, why not people with food issues too? During my sessions, I uncovered a myriad of false beliefs that I had been holding onto in my subconscious since childhood. Once I understood where these beliefs had come from, I was able to excavate them from my mind. #sayonarabitches!
It was then and only then that I was FINALLY able to find some relief and freedom from my addiction to food. And drop a few dress sizes in the process too. Now it’s my mission to share this process with as many women as I can. Will you be next?

Yes my love! After working through this programme with me the word ‘diet’ will no longer be a word in your vocabulary! Your self-awareness will be so significant that you’ll be able to recognise old patterns and interrupt them before they take hold of you. In just 3 months time you’ll be back in the driver's seat of your mind, actively choosing which thoughts you engage and which you simply ignore. But like anything in life, the results you attain are dependent on your commitment to the process and doing the work. There’s no quick fixes here!
Because every body is unique there is no ‘one size fits all’ eating plan included in this programme. Instead, you will be given a sustainable slimming framework to create your own Unique Behavioural Blueprint. This will allow you to create your own principles for ultimate health and sustainable slimming.
All group coaching sessions will be recorded and uploaded to the online course portal and Facebook community. They will be held in the GMT+2 time zone every two weeks for 2 hours for the duration of the course. These sessions will likely be held on Thursday evenings. However, once the cohort has registered, we will work to try and find a time that suits everyone so that nobody misses out on the live sessions.
Your one-on-one therapy sessions are 3 hours long so that we can really dive deep into your subconscious and uncover those limiting beliefs that are keeping you stuck!
At a minimum you will need to commit 30 minutes each day to listening to your personalised, bespoke recording. This practice is essential for success.
Group coaching sessions are 2 hours long once per fortnight and you will also be given a couple of ad hoc assignments to complete throughout the programme. These assignments shouldn’t take any longer than an additional 2 hours.
Of course you will, its super easy! Hypnosis is simply a relaxed state that you naturally go into many times a day – when you are day-reaming or lost in thought. However, with the expert prompts and construction of the audio, simply by listening to my voice, you will be able to find out where your self-sabotaging beliefs have come from. It truly is a beautiful process. (Like no other process can) Then, by listening to the specific recording I have constructed for you, over a minimum of 21 days, you will be able to shift and upgrade your beliefs at the subconscious level which is where it matters most.
